It is possible to define simple file repository in Wandora-Piccolo servlet application. Furthermore it is possible to upload subject locator resources to these simple file repositories. Lets say you have constructed very nice topic map. Some of your topics have subject locators referring to real Internet resources. Now think that you are not sure if these resources exists also tomorrow. Or perhaps your Internet connection is just too slow to access resources far away. Now would it be nice to transform all these subject locator resources to your own file server. And that is what this tool does.

The tool must be configured before usage. Generally tool is configured with the Tool manager but configure window opens also when you hold CTRL key down while you start the tool.
