OBO flat file export

Converts specially designed topic map as a OBO flat file v1.2 format ontology. This tool can be used together with the OBO flat file import for minor ontology editing. OBO export requires identification of exported namespace. OBO header, term space, and instance space are recognized with the help of namespace.
OBO export starts with menu option File > Export > Export OBO....
