SplitTopics

Tool splits context topics. Split assumes you have multiple subject identifiers in the splitted topic. In reality tool creates (almost) identical topic for each subject identifier in the original topic and removes these subject identifiers in the original topic. As the duplication of topic results instant merge if you use identical base name or subject locator, base name and subject locator of duplicated topics are altered slightly during the split.
