Wandora features a Lucene search index builder used to construct search index of current topic map. Index builder is started with File > Export > Lucene index builder.... Index builder generates you a folder of given name containing Lucene search index.
Wandora does not use the Lucene search index at the moment. Exception to this is the Wandora-Piccolo server application where you can use the index to search topic map based WWW service.
