Wandora is capable to convert specially designed topic map to an OBO flat file v1.2 format ontology. This tool can be used together with the OBO flat file import for minor ontology editing. OBO export requires identification of exported namespace. OBO header, term space, and instance space are recognized with the help of namespace.
