Wandora features a Lucene search index builder used to construct search index for current topic map. Index builder starts with File > Export > Lucene index builder... and generates a folder of given name with a Lucene search index.
Wandora does not use the Lucene search index at the moment. Exception to this is the Wandora-Piccolo server application where you can use the index to search topic map based WWW service.
